Our 2026 Members World Summit in Ho Chi Minh City was a success! Over three days, members came together to strengthen relationships, share insights and explore new opportunities in the vibrant heart of Vietnam.

What Happened in Vietnam:
A Recap of an Inspiring Members World Summit
The summit began on Wednesday, April 22, with official registration and the event kick-off at Park Hyatt Saigon. Members arrived from across the global freight forwarding industry, ready to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new members and start building momentum for the days ahead.
Similar to previous years, the Social Star team organised a photoshoot for all members to gift them a headshot for our website and their personal brand.
The first evening set a warm and welcoming tone, with welcome drinks and dinner at the hotel giving members the chance to connect in a relaxed setting. It was an ideal start to the summit – informal, personal and focused on the relationships that sit at the heart of My Network.
On Thursday, the programme moved into a full day of industry discussion, learning and shared insight. Members came together for the general meeting, where the leadership team shared updates on the direction of the network, the progress made over the past year and the opportunities ahead.
The day continued with vendor presentations, offering members practical ideas, fresh perspectives and valuable insights to take back into their own businesses. These sessions reflected one of the key strengths of My Network – bringing together trusted professionals and partners who are committed to helping members grow, improve and stay connected.
Beyond the formal agenda, Thursday also allowed members to experience more of Vietnam together. The group travelled by speedboat to the Mekong Delta, creating a memorable change of pace from the meeting room and giving members time to connect in a more relaxed, personal setting.
As the sun set, members gathered for drinks and canapés at The Deck – a memorable evening by the water that captured the spirit of the summit. It was a chance to pause, enjoy the atmosphere of Ho Chi Minh City and continue building relationships in a setting that felt both relaxed and special.
Friday was dedicated to structured 1:1 meetings, giving members focused time to connect directly, discuss opportunities and strengthen commercial relationships. These meetings remain one of the most valuable parts of the summit, helping members better understand each other’s businesses, markets and potential areas for collaboration.
The programme also included an evaluation meeting, creating space for members to reflect on the event, share feedback and contribute to the continued development of My Network. With more 1:1 meetings continuing throughout the day, the summit closed with a strong sense of purpose, progress and partnership.
By the end of the Vietnam summit, members left with more than new contacts. They left with stronger relationships, fresh insights, practical opportunities and a renewed sense of connection to a global network built on trust, exclusivity and shared ambition.
